The last two days of 2010 is amazing time for IIVRRY, it is not only welcome in new year but also say goodbye for 2010. In order to make our team work more united and stronger, more competitive, and can be better adapt to infinite changing market environment, The General Affairs Department organized the outward bound in Xin yin zhan holiday villa. Via this outward bound, we deeply understanding that we must pay lots effort then can get success. At the same time, the outward bound demonstrates our corporate philosophy: “Diligent , Profession , Passion and Efficiency”. Diligent: In the early morning, the first task is to run The coach divided us by four teams and gave half an hour to finish the task. Under leading by each team captain, we encouraged each other, everyone insisted to finish the task with the belief of “never give up”. It likes our work, only hard and lasting work can make us run faster and further. Good psychological quality also is very important compare with diligent. “Air wood bridge” can fully reflect individual’s psychological quality. It requires the players to climb to a very narrow wood bridge with six meters high, then walk through the bridge without any auxiliary facilities, lastly walk back. Some things looks easy, in fact, it is very difficult. Be brave to step out of the first step, difficulty is not so difficult. In the training, minority members who have showed retreat, fear, but by everyone's encouragement, after a short psychological adjustment, we finally completed the task successfully. Therefore, in actual work, when we face difficult task or encounter difficulties, as long as we are confident and take action, then we can overcome difficulties.
Profession: A successful team must have qualified policymakers, policymakers represents the team's direction and the general situation. Decision makers need good analytical skills, ability to judge, the general situation consciousness and team consciousness. When facing a target for a team, it really needs a leader stand out to lead team members, to make decisions, to get the best solution. The most unforgettable project is to pass a more than 1 meter rope, no voice, no tools, no touching the rope and only one leader. The leader can discuss with others, after ten minutes, everyone should keep silence but the leader. The leader is a qualified policymaker, under his guidance, all of us pass the rope successfully in the shortest time. Over the rope, everyone stands around a round, then sit on the behind team member’s legs and walk 50steps with synchronous speed. With matchless confidence to the companions, we completed the task successfully. This also likes our jobs, confidence, encouragement, cooperation are what we should have. When we have it, nothing is impossible.
